"Sales Professional Needed"
We are currently seeking sales professionals for the Tri-City Area and National Accounts. You will be responsible for growing and developing business while supporting the team in a strong customer service focused environment. We are looking for experienced sales persons who enjoy working in a fast paced environment that strives towards success. If you enjoy working with local and national businesses, this is a wonderful opportunity. Must have EXCELLENT customer service while building lasting relationships with business owners and clients on a local and national level.
Qualifications: - A minimum of one year of business sales experience - Is team-oriented and has strong interpersonal and communication skills - Is deadline driven and has a sense of urgency - Is flexible - Has the type of personality where they can easily strike up a conversation with anyone and feel comfortable doing so - Is able to handle being closely managed and someone who is able to take constructive feedback - Has the ability to strategize and "think outside of the box" - Must be proactive - Has "thick skin" and can handle rejection
Primary Responsibilites: - Build, manage, and maintain a database of clients and prospects that is aligned to the business opportunity and profile of the company and the market - Sell production services through effective phone calls and in-person visits, develop a stronger relationship and increase better business with the client - Sell value of Advertising and Production Services to support customers in achieving their business goals - Consistently exceed for the client and business expectations of production services. - Work with sales manager to effectively manage the profitability of your business including volume, pricing, and management of day to day sales activity.
